How I strive to live

“To laugh often and much;

To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;

To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;

To appreciate beauty;

To find the best in others;

To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition;

To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived;

That is to have succeeded.”

– Ralph Waldo Emerson

  1. Hi Prince Irwin

    there, I’m snooping around your blog again. Visited your “Study” too and feel good that you are doing really well – been reading the feedback.

    Agree with what you have above, but at 60, still can’t say that I’ve achieved all of that!

    may good things continue to happen to you

    your once upon a time “Mom”
